new noise

Squeek in rear,left side.You can hear on bumps and left turns.Had it in for 1st 1k service,told em about it.They said it was a loose muffler(right side).On the way home I knew they didn't find it.I'll be there 1st thing tomorrow morning.They usually pay better attention when something is returned after it was already in for the same thing.I've looked at belt guard,turn signals,can't duplicate it.Time for a mech.to ride it while I'm there.

that's happened before,after the service,but this was going on right off the floor.

The rubber mount on the mufflers is the usual suspect on previous posts.

Belt may have been over tightened when bike was prepped.

Went to dealer,1st guy to ride say's nothing screams at me,and I don't know what it is.So that means he and I share a common belief,but no help.Writer says bring it in after noon,and the shop foreman can ride it.I did,the guy was great,he ended up lubing the left shock,noise gone.It was nice to be treated like I wasn't asking for too much.
