New cybercharger phone Mount

I am installing a Cybercharger 52311 phone holder with wireless charging and would like advice on wiring to my 07 Electra Glide.
I would like to wire to ignition so it’s only on when bike is. I feel uncomfortable going direct to battery as I feel it could drain or if I leave my phone in when bike is off.
where can I wire the unit on the bike? I already have the seat off as I’m removing the bag guards currently so most of the electrical is exposed.
I would also prefer not to lose the cigarette lighter as I am planning on putting a dual USB charger there. Any thoughts as I’m new to this?? Thanks.

There is a acc,plug (grey) in the cavity,in front of the batterie. This one only has power,with bike On.

Doesn't this bike have a unused rocker switch that is ignition switch powered?
I my 08 and 13 Limited's did and I think it controls power at the connector mentioned above.
