Need help heritage wont start

Hi I have a 2004 heritage softail carbureted I turn the bike on turn lights come on hit the electric start button and nothing and yes the kill switch is set to run. Changed the starter relay and still does the same thing which is nothing. I am leaning toward the ignition module but dont want to spend the 300 or so it would take to replace it just yet I would think there could only be so many things it could be. Need help asap thanks

The obvious question would be how old is the battery and have you done a load test?
Clean and tighten Cables.

You have checked the battery? Sorry Jeff's post did not show until after I posted.

By doing nothing? You mean no crank?
Or crank and no start?
If no crank, and the battery is good then you should take all ground wires off and clean them with a piece of sand paper.
Poor grounds can allow lights but no starter operation.

Welcome, check your starter solenoid for cracks, connections, if you know how, try and start it at the solenoid.
