Need advice

i have a question if any one can answer i have a 2009 dyna with stock pipes i bought some vance and hines 2 into 2 and i want to put them on but harley is saying that i need a power comander and all this other stuff and i have a friend that works on harley and he said to take the o2 sencer and the pipes are on one is 100 to put my pipes on and harley is over 500 can any one give me a little work of advice

cant help ya as aint sure what your asking not what your bike is as you put this in softail section and then said its a dyna ?
