Need a little help with Shovelhead

I have a 76 Shovelhead that keeps blowing the tramsmission fluid out the top of the transmission at the clutch lever entry near the Kickstart.
If anyone has an idea why this is happening, please give me a shout.

A shaft seal bad or to much fluid in tranny ? ..& welcome i had a 75 flh..beyond that check trany schematic breakdown
 
Is there a vent line nipple in the top cover? If so, is this plugged or blocked?

A 4 speed ratchet top shovel has a vent screw through the top, if it is plugged or missing you will build pressure and blow oil out of trans.
