Motor ID question

I am looking at buying.a 110 screaming Eagle motor for a project it has a manual relief valve on the jugs and the motor has a ID # Fs47689240 on the motor can anyone tell me what it’s out of and what year??

Something missing from that VIN and no stock HD motor came from the factory with manual compression releases. Screaming Eagle motor? How do you know it is a 110" motor? Is it for sale on EBay?

If the VIN embossed on the frame was, say 1HD1ELK12BZ123456 , the engine case number should read something like ELKB123456; the two must match. I am not sure what your number means but it doesn't appear to be a valid HD ViN. Perhaps you can post a photo of the engine case with the number?
