Can anyone tell me who makes the "Air cleaner" shown in the photo?

It looks like their new billet a/c about 3/4 of the way down the page with a different, maybe custom insert but the body looks just like it:s

The body looks just like the one in Al's link, with a Kuryakyn Hypercharger center piece. I just looked at my Hypercharger, and the center 4 screws are same pattern.
