Looking at a '71 Harley XL 900 Sportster, needs a new carb

The carb had been rebuilt by the owner, but he says it needs a new one. Where are some good places online to look? We can do our own work, just not familiar with reliable Harley part sources.

Also, any concerns about this year of Sportster? The starter has been rebuilt, the engine has good compression, overall good original paint, etc.
