Im looking at buyin a 1994 Dyna wide glide with 37,xxx miles and alot of chrome extras, the guy wants $5500 for the bike.
i was wondering if this sounds like a fair price for the bike?

Thanks for the help!

Tiny bit high I looked at a 97 with 13000 miles 2 years ago for $6000. It eventurally sold for $5600. Here in Colorado folks discount carburetor bikes as poorer running in altitude, not sure if I agree but that is the market.

My opinion is that is too many miles. (do you want an EVO?)
LOOK for around ?? same year bike for $$ okay but Less miles on it....

Chrome goodies won't rebuild the top end or replace the clutch or buy needed electrical parts that wear out on this old of a bike.. Yada yada...

Tires? Belt? compression? oil used? Any signs of leaks? Maintainance records? One owner? Clean title? etc...

All this above is needed IF I were in the buying market.

BUT IF you want it BUY it.

This EVO may last a long time BUT for ME, Id Shop around.. getting a low miler. It's still a BUYERS Market out there...
