So i have a 2008 streetglide and i have replaced the ecm the twist grip censor plus my bars,grips,stereo,and fairing speakers.I did all this becouse i was getting check engine light and codes pointing to twist censor...was all fine for about a month and niw same codes poping back up and i took back to my harley guy and he and two harley techs say they can not figure it out..ive unpluged the plug by the air intake cleaned it up ans put dielctric greese .still nothing..any one have any tips or know what can be wrong with it..

Loose grip.Some people pull on the grip as they get on the bike.Pulls away from the sensor.

I remember discussions about loose pins in the twist grip sensor connection plug. I think I remember it was worse in '08 models. Try pushing on each individual wire from both sides of the plug at the same time.
