When installing 99B lifter the shop manual says face oil hole on inboard side and the flats face forward and reaward.
But new 99C lifter hole is not in the same location as the 99B. Therefore it can not be instaled in the same manner. Where should the oil hole of the 99C be installed, towards the rear or front of the block.
