laced wheel for my flhtc

I have a 1992 flhtcu whith mag wheel (10 spokes),unfortunately, the shop broke the fron wheel hub trying to put new races on it, is difficult to find one like this here in Spain, and is very expensive the shipping cost from the states, I´ve found a 1994 flstn laced wheel ( one disc only) in ebay. Can i put it on my byke whithout major modifications?(attaching the electra two disc in the laced wheel hub) . there are another original harley wheel I can put on?

the shop owner says it will be a previous damage who causes the break,ja ja, but the problem is mine .

I wonder if they would say the same thing to a lawyer or attorney general.
