Just a simple question....

Hello Forum,

I just have a simple question because my Roadking is used and I don't have an owners manual...My Roadking Classic is 2003 model ...what type of engine does it have?...and also the guy from the custom told me that the engine type is written on the bike..where??

I suggest that your first up-grade be an Owner's Manual and an HD Factory Service Manual (don't waste your money on a non-HD manual) covering your bike's year (an model obviously). Remember Christmas is coming.

These can be had online or from the HD Dealership.

it isn't on the air cleaner...I just don't think is it written anywhere on the bike...though it is a twin cam 88 engine..!

Very good info here a service manual is a need now days add it to your wish list

if its the original engine i would think the VIN number would be a place to start. I would submit that number to HD dealer i would think they could give you any info needed.

Fourdogs has the right idea. Here's a link to help identify your bike from the
