Is there a way to keep the driving lights on when you turn on your Highbeams

I own a 2018 Ultra Limited and I want to be able to leave the driving lights on when I turn on my high beams. I owned a 2012 FLHTC prior to this and was able to purchase a jumper from Harley that I just plugged into the wiring harness to the headlights. I am told that is not available for the new bikes and in Canada where I live they cannot change the computer software to allow this. Can it be done if I come to the US?

You may want to call a HD dealership in the lower 48 and inquire if they can do this. I'm fairly certain an independent shop can however you may violate the warranty.
I rigged my 08 softail by wiring the light's to an accessory output on the fuse box.

I was told by a HD dealer that this is now programmable (by them), you don't need to make any wiring changes as before.
