Instrument panel lit up, fuel gauge stopped working

Was riding my 2012 Fatboy home from work and all of a sudden my instrument panel lit up like a Christmas tree and the fuel gauge dropped to empty. The low fuel light, the over heat light and the oil lights all popped up and refuse to go off and the fuel gauge now refuses show any fuel in the tank, even though it is full. Checked the fuses and they’re all fine. Can anyone give me a hint as to where I should check next?
 
I think that's for near empty,but you've said it's full.I have the least amount of knowledge here,I thought it might be a code.Other people will chime in who know vastly more than myself.Have you done any recent work to the bike?
 
Recommend to start with checking both battery cables at the battery, loosen than retighten, than check the ground wire to frame to be sure it is clean and tight., Make sure the battery is fully charged and test charge rate.
