Installing a Tach On 08 883

I am wondering how hard it is to instll a Tach on my Sportster. I am thinking about putting the small Tach on my custom that goes above the speedometer.

Thank you for the info. I assume the wiring procedures are the same for the 08 models.

"not hard at all", :bigsmiley8: like it seems a good number of tasks, this one seems to just have a large number of steps, but seemed to be outlined very well here.

This is good info (thanks to all the knowledgeable people on this forum), as this is on my wish list as well. I suppose like any of the "not hard" jobs, you need to make sure you are acquainted with all the parts and steps before proceeding.
