info on gas overflow

I have a 08 Heritage and I install S&S slip ons on it but no fuel pack or remap, everything look fine but I notice gas dripping out the overflow, how normal is that, does that mean anything? thanks

Overflow from where?

There's a pipe in front of the rear wheel, it come from the gas tank area, under

That's usually the tank overflow if you fill it too much and it expands.

Good, the tank is about half, I cannot go for a ride yet, live up north and still have 2 feet of snow, I was running it in the garage and the temp when at around 200F, that's normal, could it be the engine temperature that cause it, it start doing it when the temp reach around 190-200F. thanks

Found the problem, when I filled it, gas fell where the overflow pipe start under the fuel cap, bike was on the stand, so it aloud the gas to get in the pipe because on stand, thanks.
