Idle is high when cold

Installed the gen 3 last night on my 2012 road glide ultra.. It has stage one download . screaming eagle breather.. decatted exhaust.. and rush slip ons.. When i start the bike up it seems to idle fine when i take off if i pull the cutch in it stays reved up to about 1500 rmp.. once the bike heats up idle seems to get better .. Any ideas ?

Nothing was unplugged the only thing i did was remove the negative cable wire as the instructions say to do.... did not notice this before the gen 3 install

No bike is still ideling high on start up .....
