how do I get the S.E. slip ons...

take the mufflers off strip the baffles out of the muffler housing, take a grinder to the diverter plate half way along the baffle, once removed the mufflers will be a bit louder but not as loud as most aftermarket slip ons
 
My dealer told me that they are no longer selling S.E. mufflers because they are not much louder than stock pipes, so they are selling Rush mufflers. Just my opinion, don't know how loud they will get after you put a few miles on it, but that is what was passed on to me from my HD dealer.
 
One key thing is SE mufflers are EPA compliant...if the noise police are out in force. Leave 'em alone...they will "rise" to the occasion in a few 1000 miles (they may even have fiberglass packing layered inside to "supplement the noise reduction") so that will clear out and improve with age as well.
