High idle problem

I have a 99 road king with TC 88 morelli EFI at cold start up normal 1300-1500 rpm but takes a long time to idle back down say maybe 10 minutes of riding and when warm idles fine then on a restart when still warm has high idle again for a few minutes. Any suggestions?
