high beams on with spot loghts

have a 2009 fhlxse with hd passing lamps. i would like to wire it up so the passing lamps stay on once switched to high beam. it has a two bulb center light low beam and high beam. any ideas?

On my Heritage I simply wired them into the accessory line for the fender tip lights.

I live in PA. and it won't pass Pa. inspection if you wire it that way.
Just say for a FYI. I would check with you mechanic.

You could always add a toggle switch somewhere on the bike to disable this feature for state inspections.

I wish it was legal to make them briefly wig-wag if you hit the horn. Sometimes I feel so invisible. No matter how vigilant we are, there are frequently brief moments when, if a driver steps on his gas, there is nothing we can do but meet our maker. I'm pretty liberal with my 140db air horn, but so many times I don't even get their attention to distract from their stinking phone.

I'm a design engineer. I can work up a superb wig-wag/horn circuit. However, I don't want to get cited for it, which would likely happen in fairly short order.
