heritage front end knock

i have a 2001 heritage soft tail , there is a knock high up in front end when using front brake, but only on bumpy ground,

I had the same problem on my 08 Heritage last year, took it to the dealer and they re-torque it, it started to de the same thing after 500km, took it back and they slightly over torque it and that resolve the problem, I don't know how much torque they put on it, but it worked.
