Head Temp Question

Anyone know the actual temp that the heads run at on our bikes? Not oil temp but temp of the metal of the head ? The support bolts for lateral stabilizer fell out on my sportster and I need to loctite the new ones in and don't want to use the wrong loctite.

Using Locktite - Harley Davidson Community here is a good read on loctite, in your application I would use Blue:s
