Looks like Harley is recalling certain model year 2016 Electra Glide Ultra Classic (FLHTCU), Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low (FLHTCUL), Ultra Limited Low (FLHTKL), Ultra Limited (FLHTK), CVO Street Glide (FLHXSE), Street Glide (FLHX), Street Glide Special (FLHXS), Road Glide Special (FLTRXS), Road Glide (FLTRX), Police Electra Glide (FLHTP), Road Glide Ultra (FLTRU), Fat Boy S (FLSTFBS), Softail Slim S (FLSS), and CVO Softail Pro Street Breakout (FXSE) motorcycles. In total, some 27,232 units are affected.

HMMMMMM, this was supposed to have been fixed in 2014, I see they have changed the master cylinder and clutch hub part numbers again
 
From the article it appears the previous fix may not have been a complete fix.
 
No worries the 2017's will correct all the previous concerns. Redesigns of major systems tend to be the way of the MOCO in trying to keep market share alive.

Yep, my concern is the master cylinder for said clutch is not a new idea, they have been round a long time, my guess is off shore manufacturing is to blame here JMO
