Hand control question

Ok, I bug everyone about my stage 1 so now that it's done how about a new project. Is there any way to shorten the hand reach of my cluch. That is, it is at the max of my finger reach. I do not see anyway of adjusting it unless I lossen the cable. Is that how it's done or can I just buy a new lever and not the whole control?

Harley's unlike there buell breatheren do not have reach adjustment on the clutch lever and just adjusting the cable to loosen the lever will ruin the clutch adjustment.
You might want to look at aftermarket levers which sit closer to the bars
