Good Rainstorm, Now Blows Accessory Fuse

Ran through a good rainstorm about a week ago on my '06 Road Glide and noticed that I had a Security Light; No Speed-O, Tach, Blinkers or Brake Lights. Thought it might be the Voltage Regulator but Voltmeter is showing 13-14 volts when riding. Did notice some moisture at Stator/Regulator connector yesterday and blew it out with air. Followed your proceedure (Thank You!) for reading DTC codes & definitions. Had a U1097 code in the ECM/ICM & TSM/TSSM modules. Replaced the fuse but couldn't make it out of the neighborhood before it popped. All other fuses are good. Any ideas?

Sounds like a water related problem. Possibly in the switch housings or speedo/switch area with that code. I would blow the housings and switches out with air and sit the bike in the sun for a while.
