Thoughts on the AFC/NFC Championship games.

We ( the Patriots) got by the Ravens, who self destructed. The Giants own us. They beat us this year, they beat us in the SuperBowl, and they have played extraordinarily well on the road. Eli Manning has proven himself to be easily in that "elite" status that very few Qbacks attain. But anything can happen in football and the team that can play smart and not make bonehead mistakes ( like dropping passes in the end zone or missing field goals) ought to come out ahead. Brady played terrible but look for him to elevate his game on the big stage this time around!

However, if the Giants don't get a running game going early, it could be lights out. Don't want to get into a shootout with Brady. Giants are the proverbial healthier team, coming out of yesterday, but like you said......anything is possible.....don't forget how hard it is to beat a team twice in a single season.
