Bought a 2006 Street Glide a few weeks ago and was filling up on Saturday and notice the gas overflow appears to land on the exhaust pipe on the left side. Does this sound correct? Going up in flames a the gas station seems to be something to be avoided.:D

It should be routed so it drains any overflow next to the battery vent tube in front of the rear wheel under the frame.

Trace that hose back to see if it is the Carb hose? The Carb. hose should go in-between the engine and tranny Down like the tank hose...
Yes you don't want a flame there...
