So I did
It says : No changes for FXDF in 2010
My OD is an idiots. Here in St-Petersburg, Russia they OD for Cadillac as well and decided to save money and not to educate their mechanics Just because they confident with Cady - means 100% useless for HD.

Thats why I try to find out can I use this sissy bar 51161-10 or not

There were no FXDF chasis changes that I am aware of. It will work. I have it on my 2009. In chrome.

of course they waited until I purchased the 2010 now that they decided to put in 103 cu. in. motors in the 2012
