fuse problem

I tried jumping my 2004 883 custom sportster now ignition fuse keeps blowing

Welcome !!.
Did you attach the starting -aid , in the right way first time ?. Maybe you fried the starter-relay somehow.
Remove the starter relay first , and see if fuse blows .
Check your electric diagram , in your manual , to find wires to measure !.

Edit , I checked a 2005 manual ,and this shows the sportster doesn't have a powerrelay.

Welcome aboard from Gulf Coast AL. Sounds like you may have fried the starter relay, follow advice from Roadking-1960

When i turn the ignition on I have the head, tail lights, no turn signals, signal lights in front light, but do not blink, tail signals do not light at all, brake lights work, no matter what the 15 amp fuse blows, i kinda dropped the ball trying to jump starter direct, knowing better and had an ark, this was so (EDIT) dumb, and poof here i am
