fuel issues / help?

hi all,

i have a 99 super g and having issues, I took everything a part for paint now I am have a problem with it running . when i get about 20% + in the throttle it chokes up and then the better part of 50% + it clears up again. now like i said at 20% if i hold it on it will choke its self out and stop running. Anyone have any ideas?

Possible a float adjustment issue or float hanging up?

If you had it apart for any length of time I would recheck the float, you did not tip it upside down? Carbs don't like this, Recheck the float level and give it a good cleaning:s

check your idle jet as well as the float needle, little tiny hole in there only takes a small piece of dirt or gummy fuel to mess it up. Once that happens the fuel backs up on you causing it to flood out.
