Front tyre whining noise

Hello again guys and gals,
Has anyone got any ideas about this one? Just a small observation I had whilst riding.
The bike is running very well now, but I have noticed a weird whining noise coming from the front wheel when riding uphill on a right hand bend.
On the straight, and on left hand bends it is perfect. Also I don't notice it when riding below 30mph on any bend on the level or downhill.
I also noticed that the right hand side of the front tyre looks cleaner and blacker than the left (looking down from the riding position) after riding.

How does the front end rebound? Have you ever changed the fork oil? Run your hand on the edges of the tire, does it feel chopped?

Hi Jack,
Thanks for your reply.
The front end seems to rebound smoothly, if not slowly (if that's how it's supposed to be).
No I have had the bike about 2 years and never changed the fork oil.
As for the tyre, it does feel slightly rougher on one side than the other.
Could it be fork balancing? If so, how would I go about it?

Typically when you see tire wear like that is due to weak front end action, you may try heavier oil in the tubes and if there is a lot of tread on the tire try for a balance on the tire
