Well Jack Klarichhttps://www.facebook.com/jack.klarich.1 road up here from Florida. Which allowed us both to go over his Free Wheeler. There's a couple questionable items on his stock trike that needed attention and I felt the need to point such items out for those that own a Free Wheeler. The very first thing I noticed was that the oil cooler had no grill protection and it's directly behind the front wheel where anything that the tire throws off can damage the oil cooler cooling fins. I had removed the plastic cover that factory had installed and placed a grill inside the cover. The grill I used can be purchased at Loews or Home Depot. Its the grill that one would find as an insert for a screen or glass door. Here's some pictures of what we did.

Another item that needs to be checked is where your rear emergency brake cable is routed. Jack's cable, though in a shielded tube. Was rubbing against the body edge of the fender. Just follow your cable housing and look to see if yours is rubbing. If it is like Jack's was. We used some long tie wraps to pull it away from where it was rubbing.

For those that don't know me. Im a sponsor in here and I try to develop new products and ideas for our Harleys and for this thread I was able to work with a new 2015 Free Wheeler. One of the new items I have perfected for the Free Wheeler is our Stainless Steel Wheel Discs. This prevents brake dust from covering the outside of the mags. They also hide a dirty under carriage from view through the mag's spokes. They also give the stock mags a better look. But you can judge that for yourselves.

I have also perfected new Heat Deflectors for the Free Wheeler. This style allows for the Free Wheeler stock seat to set down in the deflector. I have populated the deflectors with matching facet cut sapphire blue jeweled studs to match this Superior Blue color. We also can match the Amber Whiskey colored trikes with our Amber Waves jeweled studding too.

For the Free Wheeler riders that have purchased the windshield. We have developed a windshield insert that has also been populated with our sapphire jeweled studding to match the trike's Superior Blue color. Now you will no longer see the back of any windshield bag that you may add to your trike when viewed from the front and as pictured. Your view of the road isnt obstructed either.

The next picture is the view you will have when sitting on your trike. Our inserts are also made of .040 aluminum, bonded with the matching seat vinyl and populated with our sapphire blue studding. The studding's color allows our inserts to flow with the looks of your trike. Velcro strips are adhered to the back of the insert and over the back of the stud tangs to prevent any damage to the windshield.

All these items are for sale as soon as I finish adding it all to my web site. Just thought I'd post it all in HD Talking first.

Thanks for posting this and I know you have had a good time with Jack. I know I always do.:)

As always great products Zoood. How did you fix the grill to the inside of the oil cooler shroud?

That was easy. Just cut it to fit and when you press the cover back in place on the trike. It gets locked in there.
