Extremely rough idle

2013 Street Glide has rough idle. The codes P0501, P1353 and P1356. VSS sensor is low and no combustion in either cylinder. It started running rough after a fill up. Thought it was bad gas, siphoned out the tank and put 2 gallons in it and started it again. It never cleared the rough idle and seems to have gotten worse. I'm leaning towards the coil or is there something else?

Maybe cleaning the idle control will help ,

Did you check the gas you removed to see if it has water in it.
Water is heavier than gas and settles at the bottom. So if you did get water from the station you may still have it in your tank.

Add a couple oz of Seafoam to the gas.

I agree with Joel, It could be water in fuel and still in the tank. Add seafoam as Jeff said too. I had water in mine and it took 2 tanks and seafoam each fill to clear up after I drained bad fuel out.

You can also use ThermoAid from NAPA. Works great to atomize water to get it better mixed with gas and burn it off more evenly. It's like magic.
