External antenna help. '03 EG Standard

I have been putting a radio in my EG. There is an antenna connection under the fairing and I have heard the other end is under the seat? Is there a special end connection you have to buy and where do you mount it?

Any help would be appreciated!!

I think it is a normal coax cable connections. You would have to find the end under the seat to see if you needed a male or female to mate to it. HD does make an in the fairing antenna to eliminate the rear one.
