Exhaust upgrade 2008 FXSTC

Hello all I just purchased a 2008 FXSTC with 1200 miles bone stock. Looking to upgrade exhaust and tune. What's my best option? Are any of the plug and play Tuner's any good or am I stuck with expensive Tuner and Dyno. Would love any input. Ride Safe

I added Rush slip-ons to mine, and stayed with the stock air cleaner. It seems most folks here go with the TFI, as a member you get a discount.
