Engine vibration under load

Hi I have a 2013 103 heratage the rear pipe popped off the barrel a while back I ran it for a few miles while it was like that. I have started to get a vibration from the engine under load. Once I’m cruising at 3000 rpm it smooth. I’m looking at the rear air sensor. Any ideas.

Possibly threw a code when pipe was off. Maybe check for codes and clear them. I know there is a way but I don’t know it. Someone on here probably does!

To read the faultcode's push the reset-button of the odometer, hold it and turn the mainswitch.
All lights on the dash will light up ,and the speedo will make a full sweep.
Now your'e in the Diagnose -mode .

Yeah done all that. With codes. Replaced crank sensor. As well.
