I re3cently replaced throttle cables on my 95 Roadking. I needed to raise the fuel tank to route the cables. I now have no power to the4 ignition or lights. Battery is good, Engine ground is good. This feels like a ground issue but I do not find any loose wires. Everything worked fine previously.

Since you have lifted the tank , it's possible the connector off the ignitionswitch came loose.
Probably because of to much tension , on the cable !. Ask me how I know

You may have pinched/broke wires to the on/off switch on the grip housing when you replaced the cables.

I’m with Roadking- moving the tank can easily pull the wires from from the ignition switch in the console.
Particularly if you have no lights or ignition.
I’d be looking at that first.
