Efi fuel petcock cover

Has anyone tried installing a chrome petcock cover on an efi? It looks like it would work if you removed the fuel line clamp, but I don't think that's a wise idea. I was thinking I could use safety wire. Any thoughts? I really would like to install it, I think it would look pretty nice.

Why couldn't you install it the way it was intended, I had one on my RK with no problems.

The inside diameter of the cover wont except the clamp on the fuel line.

Are you sure that you got the right one, I had no problems with mine.

That must be the problem. I'll have to give the company a call. I just thought maybe I needed to use a different type of fuel line clamp.
