I read a lot of the posts on drive belts and manual. should the belt be exactly in center of pulley or to one side? I read it where said the when rotating backwards it will go to one side and to other side when going forward, does that mean it is centered then? I just changed the tire not real sure on that part, also seems like there is a slight wobble w/tire and rim. (harley shop put the new tire on rim)
