Drive belt problems

Hi the top of my drive belt has a cuped groove in the center of it? Could something come loose in the case. To make a groove on the belt. Not the cogged side. THX Have a Great Nite!

Is the bike lowered? Run with a heavy load?

Tale a look at the bottom edge of the fender where it would contact the belt.
