i just bought a 2000 chrome wagon wheel type wheel with 3/4 bearings in it can i just knock the 3/4 bearings out and change to 1 inch and change rotors and be good togo thanks

Your problem is the internal bearing spacer - although the 1" bearing fits you need to machine the hub to fit the larger spacer inside.
This would leave dangerously little material and I would not do it...

i did the 3/4 to inch on the back wheel with no problem at all the hub had plenty of room for the 1 inch spacer but i didnt know if the front was different thanks

Cool - I've never done it but read horror stories of collapsed hubs after machining. There might be some differences thru' the years, but if the 1" (1.25" OD) spacer fits w/o machining you should be good to go...
