Dechroming parts

Yeah, I'm sorta strange but I like the blacked out look on a bike and I'm thinking about having the crash bars dechromed and made flat black. Has anyone done this, have any suggestions?

If you get a good powder coater sometimes they have a minimum charge, I had my front crash bar,saddle bag bars, saddle bag latches, tank console and air cleaner cover done for like 60.00 bucks. Left the gas door chrome. It makes a big difference for little investment,considering just the air cleaner cover at the dealer costs at least that much. Happy motorin'.
