this could be the begining of a lot of questions. has any one built a custom bike from the ground up? I have found a rolling paughco chassis. My question for right now is what problems will i have registering this in california. second question has any one stretched a frame 2 to 4 inches? I am 6'5" so almost any frame will be too small to an extent.
after do a little research the cost of a new stretched frame is almost cost prohibitive
