Don't know a thing about the Cruise Arm Mark IIIs. But, my brother has the Ergo Plus Guards from Kuryakyn and they are real nice. They actually sweep back and are very comfortable. My brother let me sit on his and try them out. I'm going to get them for my RK soon.
