Copper exhaust gaskets

Anyone use copper exhaust gaskets? I changed over to V&H dresser duals and the gaskets they provided are the flat mesh gaskets, like the SE ones. OEM gaskets are the thicker tapered versions.

Just checking if I ever want to change them out if a leak occurs.

redid my exhaust and harley had new improved for my ride 2000 rk used copper ring ones but on my shovel different head set up
