controling spot lights with switch

Is it possible to reconfigure the wiring so the spot lights stay on when the high beam headlight is on? On my 2010 FLHTCU the spots are on when the low beam is on and turn off when the high beam is turned on. I'm not crazy about cutting into the wiring, but I would unplug/replug connections if possible.

I wired in the passing lamps so they are on both high and low beam the way they should be from the factory. Real happy with the results. Much better lighting on hi-beam.
