I have the Service Manual for the 2007 Dyna series and it has the wiring diagrams. If the wiring is the same on your 2009, this should answer your question.
The speedometer and tachometer use the same wire spacing on the plugin, and the wire color codes match back to the larger plug for these, although at different locations. The Serial Data Link is location #5 on the ECM and still Light Green/Violet.

#2 Dataline - Light green/Violet
#5 Battery - Brown/Grey
#6 Accessory - Orange/White
#7 Ground - Black
