I own a 99 flthcui and i am considering the the upgrade to a 97 ci bolt-on by revtech, question has anyone had good success with this arrangement and is it nescessary to change my scorpion clutch setup for the xtra torque

Welcome to The Forum, IMO there are better kits than Rev Tech JMO:rider:wce

RevTech has come a long way. They do make quality parts. The extra power will be no problem with your clutch. Revolution makes a similar kit,not a bad kit either. But S&S 95 inch can't be beat.Just bore your stock jugs out to size,no balancing and inexpensive.

Is your bike carb. or Fuel inj.? If it's F.I. you may not be able to realize the potential of the extra cubic inches. The early (magnelli-morelli) don't have much adjustability, and few people know how to work on them.
