circuit breaker 2004 nighttrain

i was charging the battery on my bike.came back everything dead. after a few days everything still dead. battery has12 volts. what has happened? where is circuit breaker? ideas?

First thing is to make sure all connections are clean and tight. I'm not familiar with the night train but I'm thinking under the side cover.
